 Join us at 106 St. Mary’s Street for hot dogs, cheeseburgers, fries, sandwiches, and a variety of delicious ice cream desserts.

We’re reopening for the 2025 season on Wednesday, May 14, 2025!
May hours will be Wednesdays through Sundays from 11:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Starting June 11th we’ll be open 7 days a week from 11:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.

Check the traffic light on the corner of our building — the “green light” means our Lake Leelanau restaurant is open! Capital Dog offers outdoor seating in our backyard patio, as well as indoor seating for all our restaurant guests. We also invite you to order and carry-out your food and drinks.

Drive up as you’re driving through town on M-204 in Leelanau County. You’ll see our white and black building near the narrows, on the northwest side of St. Mary’s Street (yes, that’s us in the original Lake Leelanau fire station!).
